3. How to Start a Return

Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the appropriate return shipping address and detailed instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as they cannot be processed.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or if you received the wrong product, WinraMart will cover full return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Change of Mind / Personal Preference: If you decide to return an item because you changed your mind, selected the wrong size, or no longer want the product, you will be responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

5. Damaged and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your package was damaged during transit or if you receive a faulty item, please notify us at support@winramart.com within 30 days. We will work quickly to provide a replacement or a full refund.

6. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method.
  • Timing: Please allow us 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer's processing times.
